- 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Confirmation letter mailed, emailed, or faxed to you upon receipt of deposit
- Deposit refunded less $40 administration fee if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to check-in
- Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice will forfeit your deposit. We will do our best to rebook the property. If successful, we will refund your deposit less $40.00
- Prices are subject to 6% gst
- Damage deposit ($500 to $1000 depending on home) is required. This can be secured by cheque or credit card. This amount is not processed unless required, after check-out
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out is at 10:30 am
- All properties are non-smoking
